This Privacy Policy ("Policy”) explains how HLewis Enterprise LLC, doing business as JOHNtos ("JOHNtos,” "Company,” "we,” "us,” or "our”), collects, uses, stores, discloses, and protects personal information when you use JOHNtos.

This Policy applies to www.johntos.com, the JOHNtos mobile applications, marketplace, Social Network, Singles Network, video services, donations, volunteer opportunities, Affiliate Program, partnership programs, and other related JOHNtos services, collectively referred to as the "Platform.”

By accessing or using JOHNtos, you acknowledge the practices described in this Policy.

1. Information We Collect

The information JOHNtos collects depends on how you use the Platform.

Account and Contact Information

We may collect information such as:

• First and last name
• Username
• Email address
• Telephone number
• Mailing or billing address
• Country or region
• Account credentials
• Profile information and photographs
• Church or charity of choice
• Referral or Affiliate information
• Communications with JOHNtos

Profile and Community Information

Depending on the features you use and the information you voluntarily provide, we may collect:

• Age or date of birth
• Gender
• Religious affiliation or beliefs
• Race or ethnicity
• Country or region
• Interests and preferences
• Social, ministry, community, or group information
• Singles Network profile information
• Photos, videos, posts, comments, reviews, messages, and other user-generated content

Certain information may be considered sensitive personal information under applicable law.

Vendor and Business Information

Vendor subscribers may provide information including:

• Business or seller information
• Store information
• Product and service listings
• Business or organization contact information
• Shipping and fulfillment information
• Transaction information
• Advertising or promotional information

Purchase and Payment Information

When customers make purchases, pay subscriptions, purchase advertisements, partnerships, or other offerings through JOHNtos, payment card and other purchase-payment information is processed and stored by the applicable third-party payment processor. JOHNtos does not store customers’ full credit or debit card information.

JOHNtos may maintain limited transaction information necessary to administer the Platform, such as purchase amount, order information, payment status, transaction reference numbers, refunds, and related records.

Bank and Payout Information

Users who are eligible to receive payments, Vendor proceeds, Affiliate commissions, partnership payments, or other amounts through JOHNtos may voluntarily provide payment instructions directly to JOHNtos.

JOHNtos may collect and store:

• Bank name
• Account holder name
• Bank account number
• Routing number
• Other banking or payout information reasonably necessary to issue payments

JOHNtos uses this information to process payouts, maintain payment records, prevent fraud, administer applicable programs, and comply with legal, accounting, or financial obligations.

Donations and Volunteer Information

We may collect information relating to:

• Churches or charities you select
• Donations or contributions
• Volunteer interests
• Outreach, Organization, or Nurture activities
• Physical donations
• Information necessary to coordinate participation

JOHNtos may also designate a percentage of qualifying subscription revenue to the subscriber’s church or charity of choice, subject to applicable program requirements.

Affiliate and Partnership Information

If you participate in an Affiliate or partnership program, JOHNtos may collect information necessary to identify referrals, verify transactions, administer programs, communicate with participants, maintain records, and issue payments.

2. Technical Information

When you access the JOHNtos website, standard technical information necessary for operating and securing an online service may be processed, including IP address, browser information, login activity, dates and times of access, and technical or security information.

JOHNtos does not use this information to build customer advertising profiles or conduct targeted advertising.

3. Apple and Google Technologies

The JOHNtos mobile applications use standard technologies and software development kits ("SDKs”) supplied by Apple and Google as part of their mobile operating systems, app distribution, security, diagnostics, and related platform services.

Apple and Google may collect certain device, technical, diagnostic, application-use, or related information directly through their technologies according to their own privacy policies and practices.

JOHNtos does not collect customer information through Apple or Google SDKs for targeted advertising and does not use information collected by those companies to create targeted advertising profiles.

4. How JOHNtos Uses Personal Information

We may use information to:

• Create and maintain accounts
• Verify and secure users and accounts
• Operate the marketplace
• Process orders and transactions
• Facilitate Vendor sales and services
• Process payouts and Affiliate commissions
• Administer subscriptions
• Operate the Social and Singles Networks
• Provide video content
• Administer donations and volunteer opportunities
• Operate Affiliate and partnership programs
• Provide customer service
• Communicate about accounts, transactions, services, or security
• Detect fraud, abuse, or prohibited activity
• Maintain and improve the Platform
• Maintain business, financial, accounting, and legal records
• Comply with applicable law
• Enforce JOHNtos agreements and policies
• Carry out another purpose disclosed when information is collected
• Carry out another purpose with your consent

5. Sensitive Personal Information

Depending on the features you use, JOHNtos may process information that may be considered sensitive under applicable laws, including religious information, racial or ethnic information, and bank account or routing information.

JOHNtos uses such information only for legitimate Platform purposes related to features selected by the user, payments, community participation, giving programs, fraud prevention, legal obligations, or other disclosed purposes.

JOHNtos does not use sensitive personal information for targeted advertising or unlawful discrimination.

6. Public Profiles and User-Generated Content

JOHNtos includes marketplace, Social Network, Singles Network, community, ministry, review, Vendor, and other interactive features.

Information you choose to make public may be visible to other users or, depending on the feature and privacy settings, members of the general public.

You should not publicly post information you do not want others to see.

7. Marketplace Transactions

When you purchase from a Vendor or request a service, JOHNtos may provide the Vendor or service provider with information reasonably necessary to complete the transaction, such as your:

• Name
• Contact information
• Shipping or delivery information
• Order information
• Service-request information

Vendors and service providers operating through JOHNtos may be independent businesses and may have their own privacy obligations and practices.

8. How We Share Information

JOHNtos does not sell or rent customer lists.

Personal information may be disclosed when reasonably necessary to:

Payment Processors – Process customer purchases, subscriptions, refunds, and other purchase transactions.

Vendors and Service Providers – Fulfill purchases or service requests.

Hosting and Technology Providers – Provide hosting, infrastructure, security, communications, or technical support.

Apple and Google – Provide standard mobile-platform, operating-system, application distribution, SDK, diagnostic, and related services under their own privacy practices.

Churches, Charities, and Organizations – Administer donations, giving programs, or volunteer participation where appropriate.

Partners – Administer a specific program you choose to participate in or where you otherwise authorize the disclosure.

Government or Legal Authorities – Where reasonably necessary to comply with law, lawful process, protect rights or safety, investigate fraud, or enforce JOHNtos policies.

Business Transactions – In connection with a merger, acquisition, restructuring, financing, sale of assets, or similar transaction, subject to applicable law.

9. No Sale of Personal Information or Targeted Advertising

JOHNtos does not sell customer personal information for monetary consideration.

JOHNtos also does not collect or use customer personal information to create targeted advertising profiles or to deliver advertising based on a user’s activities across unrelated websites or applications.

JOHNtos may display general, contextual, Vendor, or partner advertisements on the Platform, but customer personal information is not used by JOHNtos to individually target such advertisements.

If these practices materially change, JOHNtos will update this Policy and provide any privacy choices required by applicable law.

10. Cookies, Tracking and "Do Not Track”

JOHNtos may use cookies or similar technologies necessary for functions such as account login, security, session management, preferences, fraud prevention, and Platform functionality.

JOHNtos does not currently use customer information to track individuals across unrelated third-party websites for targeted advertising.

Because JOHNtos does not engage in this type of targeted cross-site advertising, browser "Do Not Track” signals do not currently change JOHNtos targeted-advertising practices.

Apple, Google, payment processors, and other independent third-party services may have their own privacy and tracking practices.

11. Marketing Communications

JOHNtos may send communications about accounts, transactions, security, Platform updates, promotions, programs, or services.

You may opt out of marketing or promotional emails by using an available unsubscribe option or contacting:

You may still receive necessary account, transaction, security, or legal communications.

12. Data Retention

JOHNtos retains personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to:

• Maintain accounts
• Provide requested services
• Complete transactions and payouts
• Maintain financial and accounting records
• Prevent fraud
• Resolve disputes
• Comply with legal obligations
• Enforce agreements

Retention periods may vary based on the type and purpose of the information.

Purchase-payment information stored by third-party payment processors is subject to those processors’ retention practices.

When information is no longer reasonably required, JOHNtos may delete, anonymize, aggregate, or securely dispose of it, subject to legal requirements.

13. Data Security

JOHNtos uses reasonable administrative, organizational, and technical safeguards designed to protect personal information.

Because JOHNtos stores banking and payout information supplied by certain users, access to that information is limited to legitimate business purposes.

However, no internet transmission or electronic storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

14. International Users

JOHNtos is operated by HLewis Enterprise LLC in the United States and serves users globally.

Information may be processed or stored in the United States or other locations where service providers operate.

Users in other countries may have privacy rights under their applicable laws, including rights relating to access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, or withdrawal of consent where applicable.

15. California Privacy Rights

California residents may have privacy rights under applicable California law.

If the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended ("CCPA”), applies to JOHNtos and your information, available rights may include the right to:

• Know or access certain personal information
• Request deletion, subject to exceptions
• Correct inaccurate personal information
• Obtain certain information in a portable format
• Opt out of qualifying sale or sharing
• Limit certain uses of sensitive personal information where applicable
• Exercise applicable privacy rights without unlawful discrimination

JOHNtos currently does not sell personal information or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

California’s current CCPA framework recognizes rights including access/know, correction, deletion and, where applicable, opt-out and sensitive-information rights.

16. Other Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live and which privacy laws apply to JOHNtos, you may have additional rights concerning your personal information.

JOHNtos may need to verify your identity before fulfilling certain requests.

17. Children’s Privacy

JOHNtos does not knowingly collect personal information online from children under 13 years of age without verifiable parental consent when such consent is required by law.

If JOHNtos learns that personal information from a child under 13 has been collected without required authorization, reasonable steps will be taken to delete it.

The FTC’s current COPPA Rule applies to covered online services directed to children under 13 and services with actual knowledge that they are collecting personal information from a child under 13.

The JOHNtos Singles Network is for adults age 18 and older.

Parents or guardians who believe that information concerning a child has been improperly provided to JOHNtos should contact support@johntos.com.

18. Third-Party Services

JOHNtos may contain or connect to third-party websites, payment processors, Vendors, service providers, applications, Apple or Google services, partners, or other independent services.

Those organizations may have their own privacy policies and practices. JOHNtos is not responsible for the privacy practices of independent third parties.

19. Your Choices

Depending on the applicable features, you may be able to:

• Update your account information
• Change profile or privacy settings
• Control information displayed publicly
• Disable optional device permissions
• Unsubscribe from promotional communications
• Request account deletion
• Request correction of your information
• Exercise applicable privacy rights

Some requests may affect your ability to use features requiring the information involved.

20. Changes to This Privacy Policy

JOHNtos may update this Policy when services, technology, business practices, or legal requirements change.

Material changes may be communicated by email, through the Platform, by posting an updated notice, or by another reasonable method.

The Effective / Last Updated date identifies the current version of this Policy.

22. Language

Translations of this Privacy Policy may be provided for convenience. To the extent permitted by applicable law, if there is any conflict or inconsistency between a translated version and the English version, the English version will govern.
